THEIR STORY

EVERY WEDDING HAS ITS OWN RHYTHM

For Brittney and Mitch, that rhythm felt joyful and celebratory from the moment I arrived. It was filled with the moments I love most: quiet exchanges between family, laughter and dancing that carried through the room, and a shared excitement that seemed to spill over into everyone around them.

From getting ready with their bridal party to tearing up the dance floor, their wedding was full of the honest, unscripted memories that make a film feel personal years later.

My job was to preserve how the wedding day felt, not just how it looked.

THE WEDDING DAY

Set against the backdrop of The Cordelle, Brittney & Mitch’s wedding felt both elevated and deeply personal. There were beautiful design choices everywhere, from framed photos of their relationship to intentional floral designs, but what stood out most was the emotion behind it all.

The way Brittney danced with her sister.

The way their families gathered around them.

The way the room seemed to pause during the FOB speech, with breaks of laughter.

Those are the moments I kept coming back to in the edit.

Their film was built around candid audio from throughout the day and a heartfelt FOB speech, allowing their own words and the voices of the people closest to them to guide the story.

My goal was to create something that felt cinematic, but never performative. Polished, but still honest.

A film that feels like them.
