New beginnings have a sentiment of nostalgia, with their namesake coming from the iconic N, C & St.L railway. This rail system truly lived up to its “luxury passenger trains” status decades ago, carrying passengers in high fashion between Chicago and Atlanta with stops in Nashville, Chattanooga, and St. Louis.

The Bow Truss

With its original use in manufacturing, you can now take advantage of its adaptable arched roofline, which leaves plenty of room for custom lighting options such as florals or other design features. In addition, the Bow Truss has a spacious 6000 sq/ft area and comes equipped with The Saint Elle’s permanent bar and multiple bartenders and stations - so there’ll be no hold-up to satisfying your guests!
The Conservatory
Natural beauty can be enjoyed with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a stunning view of treetops and lush greenery inside the temperature-controlled paradise. This area gives your event planner direct access to an office for set up or quick respites from planning – creating an ideal spot for ensuring your big day goes as planned. It’s an open floor plan loaded with double-door commercial fridges, double basin commercial sinks, and dedicated power for steamers/warmers or coffee makers.
